We make your machine clean! Our service includes removal of all viruses, trojans, malware, and generally bad stuff. We'll scrub your PC until it sparkles, at least on the inside that is.

We use our best tools to clean your machine! This service includes one hour of work time and we don't include scan times! If we honestly can't clean out the issues we'll have to resort to a reformat or some serious elbow grease.

We install and configure a product with a free lifetime update license. Old and outdated antivirus is one of the first things we look for when diagnosing a problem. No more subscriptions!

We work hard to clean your machine! If the machine can't be reformatted or your programs and data are too complex to withstand a reformat we'll work hard to combat and viruses and trojans you have. We use advanced diagnostic tools to blast bugs!

Formatting
We wipe out the issues! This method is usually reserved until we have no other choice. We may need to start your machine from scratch.

Pickup Service
We pick it up! We realize you're busy and might not be able to bring us the machine in question. We can schedule a pickup time for customers in South East Michigan. All we need is the 'box' no cables or monitors needed.

We remotely connect! We can troubleshoot your connection using advanced remote tools. We'll be able to diagnose an internet enabled PC right over the phone with you! You'll need an internet connected PC and permission to install programs.
